Cliff Dean Schneider

Cliff was an EXTRAORDINARY lawyer. I was being wrongfully sued by my pervious employer for defamation and Cliff took very good care of the case that my employer ended dropping it.Never once did I have a worry on my case because from the moment I first spoke to Cliff, I knew I was in good hands by how... knowledgeable and confident he was. He would constantly follow up with me and update me on the status on my case and assured me that everything was taken care of and if I had any questions, he was always quick to respond. In my opinion, I feel like that's what people should look for in a lawyer, someone who makes them feel at ease and like everything is being taken care of. I was being evicted wrongfully by the landlord. I didn't know what to do and turn to Mr. Schneider. He listen to all my concerns, was very professional and didn't hesitate to pick up my case. He fought for my rights and came to agreement that at the end It benefit me the most more then anything. Mr.... CASE 1. I had originally represented myself on a case don't yeah I feel you were a which I won. Subsequently the case was appealed and that's and I met Cliff who took on the case and proceeded to win close to double what I won in the initial suit. CASE 2. I was severely injured and lost feeling in ...my leg. I called Cliff and he took the case and after a short time forced a settlement which I was very happy with. CASE 3. This was a very complicated breach of contract case. Once Cliff was on the case the the momentum shifted in our direction and he prevailed in getting a significant settlement. Cliff is a consummate professional in every way and I have referred him to several of my friends and business associates and they have ALL had the same experience I had. A compete professional!!!!

After prevailing in a Temporary Restraining Order case due to both our efforts, Cliff and I proceeded to collect our reward that was granted by the court. That's when things changed drastically with Cliff. The more I gave him my trust, the more he wanted to make all the decisions and didn't care that... I was the client who hired him. For example, when he arranged a settlement for the case we won, he became enraged when I didn't accept his first proposal. Cliff had no regard for how I felt. In fact, when I attempted to explain to him my very valid reasoning, he told me I was "acting like a child". So I learned that when things get challenging for Cliff and he doesn't get his way, he acts extremely unprofessional and can also become very disrespectful. When I addressed his behavior, Cliff took no responsibility and just continued to lose his temper. As a result, Cliff impulsively quit as my attorney, leaving me to deal with a settlement for one case and a new lawsuit I hired him for (that is going to trial) all on my own. I simply wanted to share my experience. I am an Air Force Veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony.
