Between 2025 and 2026, my experience with Cliff Dean Schneider of Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider was horrible, including 1) He did not care about the outcome of the legal case, but instead only cared about his compensation, 2) He did not communicate with me during the legal case, 3) He filed nume...rous extensions without discussing with me first, then did not inform me of the extensions for a legal case, 4) He delayed a key filing by more than 9 months for a legal case, 5) He proposed to file an incompetently written key filing, which I had to request he rewrite for a legal case, 6) He removed himself as attorney, without cause, for a legal case because he did not want to perform the legal services he was paid in advance to perform, and 7) He did not provide a partial refund for the legal services he failed to perform but was compensated in advance to perform. I filed an attorney misconduct complaint against Cliff Dean Schneider of Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider. Cliff Dean Schneider of Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider is a liability and has caused me damage. Avoid Cliff Dean Schneider and Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider.

Mr Schneider was personable, he handled my case, eased my concerns and made sure that everything was taken care of! He was able to make sure I did not owe any money to the company that had filed against me! He is a wonderful lawyer and a compassionate man! I would recommend him for anything you would... need help with! Thank you

After prevailing in a Temporary Restraining Order case due to both our efforts, Cliff and I proceeded to collect our reward that was granted by the court. That's when things changed drastically with Cliff. The more I gave him my trust, the more he wanted to make all the decisions and didn't care that... I was the client who hired him. For example, when he arranged a settlement for the case we won, he became enraged when I didn't accept his first proposal. Cliff had no regard for how I felt. In fact, when I attempted to explain to him my very valid reasoning, he told me I was "acting like a child". So I learned that when things get challenging for Cliff and he doesn't get his way, he acts extremely unprofessional and can also become very disrespectful. When I addressed his behavior, Cliff took no responsibility and just continued to lose his temper. As a result, Cliff impulsively quit as my attorney, leaving me to deal with a settlement for one case and a new lawsuit I hired him for (that is going to trial) all on my own. I simply wanted to share my experience. I am an Air Force Veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony.
