Hiring Cliff Schneider as my attorney turned out to be one big mistake. I hired Mr. Schneider for a case that involved sexual harassment. When initially presenting my case to him, Mr. Schneider stated that it was very strong, and that he was excited to represent me. Still, I expressed reservations wi...th Mr. Schneider about being a whistle-blower and possibly having my reputation damaged. But Mr. Schneider was encouraging and felt that my cause was very commendable, so I trusted him as my attorney. Then when reaching out to the defending party and exposing my identity, it turned out that Mr. Schneider had not done his homework. So, not only was my case damaged beyond repair, but so was my time and energy, and most of all - my reputation with the defending company.
