Between 2025 and 2026, my experience with Cliff Dean Schneider of Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider was horrible, including 1) He did not care about the outcome of the legal case, but instead only cared about his compensation, 2) He did not communicate with me during the legal case, 3) He filed nume...rous extensions without discussing with me first, then did not inform me of the extensions for a legal case, 4) He delayed a key filing by more than 9 months for a legal case, 5) He proposed to file an incompetently written key filing, which I had to request he rewrite for a legal case, 6) He removed himself as attorney, without cause, for a legal case because he did not want to perform the legal services he was paid in advance to perform, and 7) He did not provide a partial refund for the legal services he failed to perform but was compensated in advance to perform. I filed an attorney misconduct complaint against Cliff Dean Schneider of Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider. Cliff Dean Schneider of Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider is a liability and has caused me damage. Avoid Cliff Dean Schneider and Law Office of Cliff Dean Schneider.

With our first visit, Mr. Schneider went straight to work, stopping the opposing parties in their tracks. Mr. Schneider saw me through a restraining order (win),... easement (win), depositions, and a full blown jury trial---which is where Mr. Schneider's talents came into full bloom and again the results were in our favor significantly. His great skills/tactics as a lawyer aside, Cliff is very professional, and accessible ---no run around here---he is ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have and that really makes him reliable and trust-able and keeps you in the loop and apart of the processes. Mr. Schneider is very easy to talk to and really makes his best effort to get the BEST for his clients---I know this has been true for me and continues to be as he still represents me in another matter. If you are looking for someone who will fight for you as if the fight is his own, look no further than Cliff Dean Schneider.
