Cliff Dean Schneider

Hiring Cliff Schneider as my attorney turned out to be one big mistake. I hired Mr. Schneider for a case that involved sexual harassment. When initially presenting my case to him, Mr. Schneider stated that it was very strong, and that he was excited to represent me. Still, I expressed reservations wi...th Mr. Schneider about being a whistle-blower and possibly having my reputation damaged. But Mr. Schneider was encouraging and felt that my cause was very commendable, so I trusted him as my attorney. Then when reaching out to the defending party and exposing my identity, it turned out that Mr. Schneider had not done his homework. It was discovered only after the fact that my complaint fell outside of the state law's statute of limitations. So, not only was my case damaged beyond repair, but so was my time and energy, and most of all - my reputation with the defending company. Then to add insult to injury, Mr. Schneider didn't even apologize following my relieving him as my attorney. I just wanted to share my story in case it could be helpful to others. Good luck!

After prevailing in a Temporary Restraining Order case due to both our efforts, Cliff and I proceeded to collect our reward that was granted by the court. That's when things changed drastically with Cliff. The more I gave him my trust, the more he wanted to make all the decisions and didn't care that... I was the client who hired him. For example, when he arranged a settlement for the case we won, he became enraged when I didn't accept his first proposal. Cliff had no regard for how I felt. In fact, when I attempted to explain to him my very valid reasoning, he told me I was "acting like a child". So I learned that when things get challenging for Cliff and he doesn't get his way, he acts extremely unprofessional and can also become very disrespectful. When I addressed his behavior, Cliff took no responsibility and just continued to lose his temper. As a result, Cliff impulsively quit as my attorney, leaving me to deal with a settlement for one case and a new lawsuit I hired him for (that is going to trial) all on my own. I simply wanted to share my experience. I am an Air Force Veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony.
