Should not be an attorney
She lied to us and told us that we couldn’t submit evidence from before a settlement agreement that we signed, and we just heard from the judge that that was a lie. She lied to us so that she could destroy our credibility. She’s awful.

I take client communication and ethical obligations very seriously, and I categorically deny ever lying to a client or attempting to harm a client’s credibility. Tiffany, I am sorry that you did not get the outcome that you wanted in your particular case, and I can understand the toll that the whole process of dealing with the Board has taken on you. Disciplinary actions by the Board are never easy to deal with, and most people feel drained and disappointed at the end of it all. However, the fact that you did not receive the outcome that you wanted is not my fault or doing. I encourage you to contact my office to resolve any dispute between us. In the meantime, on this platform, I will address your allegations. First of all, you did not receive inadequate communications. Every concern you relayed to our office was addressed and accounted for in a timely manner. There were times--in fact weeks--when I could not get a hold of you, and despite leaving messages and voicemails, I would not receive a call back. The weeks of no communication that you are complaining about were weeks when you would not answer any of my calls, emails, or text messages. When you finally did reach out, you and I had very productive discussions about your options. I explained in detail, both on the phone and in writing, why I was proposing a certain course of action. After careful consideration, you opted to withdraw your request for a hearing--a decision that was absolutely in your best interest. Secondly, I did not cause the denial of your application. Your application was denied even before you retained my office, a fact of which you were well aware. After you retained my office, you opted, after careful consideration, to withdraw your application/request for a hearing, for reasons that I cannot discuss on this platform. Thirdly, I made no admissions whatsoever that I was unsure about the process. At all times, I advised you competently and correctly, based on my extensive training and experience. Thirdly, there was no oversight. At all times, you were provided competent and zealous representation in the form of extremely sound legal advice, especially in light of the particular facts and circumstances of your case. Your assessment of our encounter might be due to your disappointment over the whole process, or perhaps some misunderstandings that took place despite my utmost effort to explain matters as clearly to you as possible. If so, I encourage you to contact me so that we can clarify these misunderstandings.
