You can only understand financial fears once the IRS “contacts” you. They contact you with leans, by freezing your accounts, taking half your earnings, and finally a letter in the mail just to let you know you are now in big trouble… and if you have a professional license they can suspend that too. T...his was my experience with the IRS. They cleared my small savings and emptied my checking. before I first contacted Isai, I owed well into the six digits. I was scared and didn’t know what if anything could be done; I certainly didn’t want to make things worse by trying to fix things on my own, so I started looking for help. Isai is genuine and sincere in his words and efforts. His approach is to help you in anyway he can. Isai never treated me like a client but always as a friend; every meeting was started with a handshake and a hug. Those are things that you just and wont get from businesses who claim to want to help but in reality only want your money. Isai has a great team behind him, and that is what sets the bar even higher for others to reach; Jason is smart and a super-cool cat, and Angela was always friendly, kind, and very professional. Right after hiring Isai he went to work. He stopped the wage garnishments, made sure I didn’t lose my professional license and always kept me up to date with what was going on and what I needed to do. Although there wasn’t much for me to do, when the Bizmark team asked me for papers I made sure not to waste any time in getting it to them and they did the rest. Isai kept everything truthful and honest with the IRS. That is very important because I don’t want to have to worry about any surprises in the future; and even with that Isai was still able to work a miracle for me. I can’t comment on what or how the Bizmark team dealt with the IRS because I have no idea, but I will comment on how much of a blessing piece of mind is. Just knowing you are not going to face a giant alone is a tremendous pressure off your shoulders. We always hear the commercials where they say “tax relief with pennies on the dollar”; but Isai, Jason and Angela delivered results with actions not words or empty promises. Isai and his team are tax attorneys whom you can trust. He works hard and delivers good result. He keeps his promises and makes sure you are in good hands. I had to deal with an audit from the IRS, and was not looking forward to it. They threatened you with all these taxes and penalties, but Bismar...k Tax was able to remove 1000% of the penalties that they threatened me with. Isai Cortez and Jason Peart are THE BEST tax lawyers I could have asked for. The IRS was asking for $76K and Jason got it reduced to $16K!
