Everyone should hire Brian Hurwutz as their lawyer! My fiance was facing some bogus felony assault charges, and DA was not planning on giving him any deals. Brian believed in us though, and knew that my fiance did not deserve to be charged. He never stopped pushing, and insisting that our evidence be... looked at, even though it meant postponing several times and him having to drive back and forth quite a distance. My fiance was dealing with a vindictive parole violation accusation. She was accused of purposely tampering with her anklet when in all actuality, the device was faulty.
