Ms. Bhatt has practiced personal injury law since 2011, representing those who have been injured through the negligence of others through auto accidents, slips and falls, defective products, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, and in other unfortunate situations.
Prior to Minami Tamaki, Ms. Bhatt worked at a personal injury firm in Los Angeles where she was lead counsel on two jury trials and second counsel on two others. She also achieved and assisted in the negotiation of large settlements for her clients, including a 3 million dollar settlement with the City of Manhattan Beach involving a woman blinded by a flying disc golf.
Ms. Bhatt was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and spent her high school and college years in Northern California. She majored in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences from U.C. Davis, and attended law school at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she graduated cum laude in May, 2010. In law school, Ms. Bhatt was a member of Law Review and the Intellectual Property Law Journal and received the Cali Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grades in several courses.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Bhatt volunteered full-time with a non-profit in San Francisco working with domestic violence victims and other less fortunate families on issues involving family, immigration, elder, and tax law. She subsequently moved to Southern California where she practiced personal injury law exclusively. Ms. Bhatt is currently a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California, the Asian American Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.

Ms. Bhatt is passionate about the case of each client she serves, however big or small. Most importantly, she strives to keep clients informed and aware regarding their case. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology has helped Ms. Bhatt put herself in the shoes of her clients to understand not only the legal aspects of their case but the psychological toll that their injuries have taken on them.
