Biography
Elan Darvish is an experienced real estate and business attorney whose passion for both transactional and litigation practice gives him a powerful edge to provide exceptional services to clients. Elan is also a licensed California Real Estate broker who has experience handling transactions ranging from complex, commercial leases to small residential purchases and sales.
With a proven track record as a property and business lawyer, Elan represents both plaintiffs and defendants in real estate litigation matters and continually provides consulting services for various lenders, escrow agents, brokers, private equity firms and borrowers in Southern California.
Elan has also served as general counsel for numerous corporations, including but not limited to brokerage firms, developers, businesses and escrow companies throughout Southern California. He also specializes in litigation of fraud, breach of contract, negligence, construction defect and real estate matters.
Elan is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Elan earned his law degree in 2000 from California Western School of Law, where he was named to the school's trial team. In 1997, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas.

Legal review of home sales contract
In a never ending dispute with buyer of property whose escrow closed 10 months ago, and my not agreeing to their outrageous demands, they threatened to sue me. Elan was able to calm the nerves and explained my obligations which was more than enough for me. The consult fee was definitely worth it
