I’d been entangled with my mother’s trust attorney to the point of absolute frustration. I’m not sure how I found Avvo, however it led me to Justin. I was an heir to my late Uncle’s trust fund. The trustee he appointed decided she could interpret his will and trust fund instructions to benefit herself. She refused to release my inheritance more then one year after his death. I contacted and interviewed at least ten attorneys to defend me. Most of these attorneys wanted $20,000 retainer, the ones that did not wanted 25% of my inheritance to take the case and 50% after the first hearing. Then I interviewed Justin Gordon. He did not use scare tactics to push me, he did not make promises he could not keep. What he did do was approach the case calmly and logically. He was genuinely appalled at the trustee’s self dealing at my expense. He charged a fraction of the cost of the other attorney’s retainers. Justin Gordon returns calls, emails and even text messages the same day, usually within hours. He kept me informed both of good and bad news. He dealt with an openly hostile opposing counsel by knowing both what the law could and could not do and standing his ground. I received my full inheritance within a few months. The trustee had to pay her attorney ( who had promised her the moon) to lose. My son hired Justin and he too received his full inheritance. Again the trustee had to pay her attorney to lose. Honestly I did not have a high opinion of attorneys. Now I do, Justin has my respect and my gratitude for life. I absolutely know I would not have received my inheritance without an attorney but with Justin I also did not have to spend half of it just to get it. He is professional, honest and kind.

I was in need of help in creating an Advanced Healthcare Directive and Power Of Attorney on behalf of a family member, but I wasn’t sure where to start. Just looking for a bit of advice, I was able to come in contact with Justin and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Justin did a great job at informing me of the steps it takes to create these documents and made the process fast and easy to understand. He was able to have all the documents ready for me in just a matter of days, and also made sure I knew exactly who I could reach out to in order to get them notarized. All of this was done with speed and accuracy, and at a very reasonable price! Justin is a Diamond in the rough... When in business sooner or later you are going to need an attorney. I hate to say it but that's the truth. Most attorneys are garbage and charge way to much, and do way too little, and seem to only want a check. Justin is a worker and a fighter... for the results that I received, I felt that the compensation was very very fair... I've consulted younger Attorney's with less experience and wanted to charge A LOT more. No Thanks!!! Justin dealt with a HOA issue, HOA's are a nightmare and after a few meetings with the HOA and after presenting him with his research and case law the HOA decided to Approve our request after Denying it for 10yrs!! THEY DENIED OUR REQUEST FOR 10yrs, and in a matter of a month or two Justin, (a few letters & a couple of Meetings) resolved the issue. It was amazing!! I'm still on Cloud 9.
