I hired Mr. Shaffie for a professional liability issue. A client of mine had accused me of malpractice from an incident five years prior. Shawn assessed my case and advised me throughout the process with my professional association. With his help I was able to show that my actions were not malpractice and prevent the matter from going any further. Most professionals, whether they are lawyers, doctors, accountants, etc., are exposed to a large amount of liability for their actions. I highly recommend Shawn Shaffie

Professional, Thorough and Efficient

Mr. Shaffie helped us navigate a delicate situation regarding our child and our home. He took his time to carefully articulate where we should focus, what our concerns should be and where we needed to be more specific. He even took the time to work with us on very short notice. Someone you can trust in the worst of times

2 years ago my Dad died. I thought it would be the worst experience of my life. I mean, it was, but the wrongful death/ malpractice lawsuit that followed was just as bad. I originally had a lawyer who put my family and me through the worst roller coaster of our lives. They lied to us, manipulated us and caused us enormous pain and suffering, and then ultimately sent us a letter saying they were abandoning our case. In the most vulnerable and confusing time of our lives, we needed someone we could trust. I called Shawn and he literally held our hand through the entire process and helped us get the settlement we needed. He was calm, patient and didn't make us feel dumb for asking hundreds of questions. He comforted us when we were angry and gave us a game plan to move forward to attain what we deserved. I'm going to be honest, I've had sh*tty experiences with lawyers, but after working with Shawn my mind is completely changed. He cares about you and treats you like you're a part of his family. Ethical and capable attorney hard to find

I had some chances to work with a couple attorneys and knows the difference. Shawn would be someone I will recommend if you need legal help. He is assertive and get to the point. He also concerns your budget and does not drag on your cases. He helped me with a rental dispute and I am very happy with his service and quick result. Highly recommended.

I recommend Shawn good attorney

I have found Shawn to be very knowledgeable in his domain and to be very professional. I reached out to him when I was involved in a litigation case that had become complex due to the mishandling by my attorney at the time.
