Would Not Recommend Mr. Eric Price

I hired Mr. Eric Price and his team in 2023 to help with my immigration case. I primarily worked with his assistants, Carlos Alvarez and Andrea. From the beginning, I was told my case would be simple. I paid a $500 deposit upfront and agreed to a total cost of $5,700, which I paid in monthly installm...ents of $270 starting in August 2023, to February 2025 when they were paid off. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite making regular payments and providing all required documentation—including a FOIA CD from my previous immigration file—no applications were ever filed on my behalf. I was not given copies of my contract, receipts, or any proof that work had been done on my case. I had a prior immigration case from when I was younger, which required reopening and paying a penalty of $1000, in which Mr. Price and his team were supposed to file and help me pay. This was supposed to be included in the original agreement, but I was later asked to pay an additional $1,400 plus $3,115 additional to what I paid already. This felt misleading and unjustified. The only consistent communication I received from the firm was when they were requesting more money. When I asked for a refund due to no action being taken on my case, I was denied. I’ve also requested the return of my documents, which has not yet happened. I trusted this firm with a sensitive and important matter in my life, and I deeply regret that decision. I strongly recommend others do their research and consider different legal representation. There is more to add but that I will add when I file a report to the State bar.

Immigration case

I really don’t know where to start I wish I had the same experience as all the good reviews here but this is not our case. Back in 2022 we had a consultation with the intake person and sign a contract we hire Erick Price but we have never speak to him in person or over the phone after all this time w...e have been very patient about all this but started to feel like they are just collecting our money every month my wife is the one that calls them all the time to follow up and she can never get a hold of the people who is working on the case they very seldom return the phone calls she is always calling to follow up. Moving forward we had a interview with immigration for a family petition in Jun 2024 our case is not and easy case and the day of the interview the immigration officer ask where is your lawyer we explain to her that the lawyer we got assigned for the interview was going to be over the phone during the interview I give the the forms to the immigration officer and the law office had out dated forms and the immigration officer said this forms are not up to date they need the new forms. The Immigration officer gave us two options either proceed without the lawyer and sign waiver or reschedule the interview appointment mind you we had waited for this appointment over 2 years already so we put our trust in God and pray for the best. We got approved the same day but basically we paid this lawyer just to fill the paperwork for the family petition because he never represented us in the interview and for the next step in our case we have been push around with different people and they don’t have answers my wife spoke with Vanessa last Monday and told my wife she need new finger prints since the other one’s have expired that some one was going to call her last Friday Jan 10 to set up the appointment my wife called today Jan 14 and she was told they haven’t assigned her case to anyone yet to wait till this coming Friday that if they don call for her to call them to follow up

,

very unprofessional

We had a very bad experience with this office twice PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! I signed a contract with them and it was very very hard to talk to someone that knew our case. first they forgot to call us about our fingerprints and we lost our appointments, they gave me another appointment and They ...made a mistake and gave me the wrong one. We decided to cancel and get someone more serious and a smaller firm where we could actually talk to our lawyer. We never had that privilege with Eric price. is always receptionist, and customer service. They cancelled our contract and everything was fine. We got ourselves another lawyer and finished the process with our new attorney. We got approval for a work permit a few months later. unfortunately USCIS takes a long time to do address change and Our papers were delivered to Eric Price's office. We called to get Our papers and the first thing they told us was that I am not their customer anymore and that our mail was going to be DESTROYED. We knew this was Illegal. We called again and the second time they were black mailing me with signing another contract or we wouldn't get your papers. ( this was illegal too) We decided to call the bar association and discover that Eric Price doesn't have a License in California. We were filing a report and we decided to give them another chance to give us our papers. This time my wife agreed to pay them $500 because we really needed our mail. ( this was Illegal too) They can't charge a dime to give you your mail. Finally my lawyer called many times and thanks to her We didn't have to pay to get Our mail. Our lawyer told me they had a very hard time with the receptionists and She didn't get all the papers. They kept our SSN's and approval letters. We are ready to suit this company besides filling the report with California and Florida bar Association. (where Eric Price does have a License) please people don't make the mistake we made, It costs time, money, anxiety and lots of stress.

Put me n many of my friends in removal proceedings. Took all our money and I was very disapponted. Staff would not connect me to mr price but only to ms Cardenas and she had no idea about my case.
