First and formals, thank you to Antonio, the paralegal assigned to my husbands case. I am a very tough person to deal with at times and I like to be informed of every single thing, however, Antonio managed to always present me with information related to my husbands case, always looked for the answer...s I needed and was a very knowledgeable person! My husbands case looked to be very easy, and would've been easier if the attorney who accompanied my husband and I to the interview was more up to date with juvenile laws when it comes to adjusting status. My husband had juvenile charges in his record which could've compromised his adjustment of status. Before starting the process I made sure to seal his juvenile records as it was to my knowledge no agency is allowed to access those records since he was a juvenile, well, in the middle of the interview Attorney Jamaica asked the officer to dismiss the records that were included which then prompted the officer to question what happened when he was a juvenile, of course my husband responded and said he chose not to disclose that information. In reality this was the only discrepancy I experienced. We did not get an approval then and there. Few months later a request for evidence on my husband juvenile records was mailed to us. Immediately I contacted Antonio which then forwarded my husbands case/file to Abogada Mitzi. A few days later I spoke with Attorney Mitzi on the phone and she provided me with a lot of information and most of all gave me lots of comfort and assured me that his juvenile record could not make him inadmissible therefore, he would be approved after she responded! Well, few weeks later after she sent in whatever information was needed from USCIS, WE GOT AN APPROVAL LETTER! I485 Was approved and my husband is now a permanent resident! Unfortunately I didn’t meet Eric Price, I came to there San Diego location in Mission Valley. I had “appointment” at 9am. I was there first appointment and they open the door 3 mins late. I had to feel out paper work. Then waited for like 30 mins and ask the receptionist how much longer till they see... us. The reception I replied with “I don’t know yet let me text the lawyer because she’s not here yet”, I saw her make a phone call and talk to someone else to help us. She then click the phone and said “they will see you but in 15 mins more or so or you could come back”. Really!!! I drove from Spring Valley early in the morning in traffic to get 0 results or no help at all. It’s really unprofessional that I was not told that the lawyer was going to be late! Or it’s was gonna be almost and hour process to see someone. I had to lose time from my job and drive tru traffic about 40 mins to get nothing not very business like. If there are professional at this point business imagine when they have your case.

I really want to thank Eric Price's legal firm and especially Karina Salazar who did an excellent job in representing my case which was very difficult in many aspects. I'm a US Citizen & wanted to bring my husband to the US. I had fear and doubted that my case would get approved because there was a b...ig age difference between my husband and I which added to other sensitive circumstances surrounding the case. My 601a waiver was approved and so did my case in my home country Consulate. I can only say thank you for their professionalism and dedication with my case!
