Freddy S. was a massage therapist. During one of his sessions, one of his female clients alleged that he inappropriately touched her. Mr. S was questioned by detectives and during their investigation M ... r. S hired me. I had contacted the detectives and discussed Mr. S' good conduct over the years and how he never had any complaints. During the months of the investigation, the alleged victim used fake names to set up appointments at the massage studio, each time this was document and I presented it to the Detectives. Because of our ability to work with the detectives in getting more information, we were able to secure a rejection of the case by the City Attorney's office.

Eric V called me in a panic regarding his situation. Him and his boyfriend had gotten into an argument on the freeway and pulled over. After getting out of the car, Eric and his boyfriend had allegedly ... hit one another and each were charged with spousal abuse, Eric with a Felony and his boyfriend with a Misdemeanor. After explaining to the DA that the victims cannot also be the the suspects against one another the prosecution agreed that this was a mutual combat situation.
