Sergio Jose Siderman is a renowned Los Angeles-based lawyer, helping his clients obtain legal status in the United States. Sergio is the founder of Law Offices of Sergio Siderman, an “A” rated law firm with the Better Business Bureau. Sergio is a licensed California attorney in good standing with the State Bar. He speaks fluent Spanish and focuses exclusively in legal matters regarding: immigration.
Sergio is admitted and has been practicing before state and federal courts for the last 25 years. He is also an authorized Continuing Legal Education instructor. Sergio and his entire family left the country with only the clothes on their backs and sought asylum in the United States. Sergio’s grandfather, Jose Siderman, sued Argentina for human rights violations and the theft of his properties, becoming the first immigrant to successfully sue a foreign sovereign nation from the United States (see Siderman v. Argentina, 965 F.2d 699 (9th Cir. 1992).

Relief at last
My husband and I were very pleased with Mr. Siderman and his staff. They explained what to expect through the whole process and it helped get rid of a lot of my anxiety about our debts and being in the courtroom. We finally are free to move on with our lives!

I was a chapter 13 Client 2 yrs. ago
Never ever pay him upfront. Last year I paid him up front for services his office never rendered. I ended up paying him almost 9,000 dollars because of his incompetent staff. I filed a complaint with BBB and he never responded.
This Client retained our office for assistance and representation in filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy petition. This case was filed and confirmed successfully. The client, at a later date during the life of the confirmed plan, wished to suspend and/or modify the terms of the confirmed plan. They were quoted a discounted price of $850 for the motion and hearings. The client requested to split attorney costs into two separate payments and the first payment of $400 was completed, but the balance was never paid. In addition to the outstanding balance, supporting evidence was not provided. Without the supporting evidence, the Motion could not be filed. Motion work, however, was prepared for client. Our office was left waiting for payment completion and supporting evidence to be compiled and provided for filing of motion.

Incompetent and untrustworthy
I spent 4 1/2 years working on a loan modification with this attorney. He pushed me through bankruptcy and ruined my credit and financial records. Overall, the bank has refused his attempts to modify and now so much time has passed that we're so far underwater he can't do anything. He pushed me to...

In his words "No Worries, we know everyone and they will appr...
