I have more than four years with two guys about my case of my wife and you know what I’m really unsatisfied with your service. All you needed to do is keep me informed keep me updated. How is my case going but it seems like all you worry about the money and closing contracts I bought my work permits.... Would you guys about two years ago and I still haven’t got them I paid you everything I gave you all my money and you still haven’t contact me about any updates about my immigration status. I called and call my paralegal and she said she’s always busy. She never calls me back. I called the office of Van Nuys. They said oh will leave her a message. They never respond back and I don’t even know who is my lawyer I’m asking for my money back you say that’s no OK help us out. Keep us update tell us how is our kids doing? Tell us a you’re almost there. Keep us motivated but you don’t even do that that’s kind of unacceptable I think all you guys worry about is the money that you guys collect from customers instead of helping customers I think sometimes I regret choosing you guys as my lawyer for immigration for my wife because we got four years waiting for you guys and I see a lot of people in two years. Everything‘s been approved but it seems like you guys are not doing an excellent job for your customers. Are you looking to collect money for customers and then leave them , I need to do my recommendation to the other customers is think about it before they go to you. Honestly I’m putting this all over medium because this got me into my frustration where you guys don’t even contact me I call you and call you and no one contacts me.

Run from this place!! They do not care about your time, they don’t care about your case and they lie! Today they lied to us saying that we needed to go redeem our deposit by going in person to cancel our case because we had already cancelled via phone. They had us waiting 2 hours!!! What a ...sign of disrespect for others time and unprofessionalism. And then turns out the meeting was to convince us to stay and that they weren’t sure they could give us the deposit back. It doesn’t have to be this way which why I advise you don’t consult this office. We interviewed with 3 other attorneys and at all 3 we spoke directly to the attorney when at this office we never even saw Sergio!! We found a lawyer that actually cares about our case and charges three times more but he literally answers in less than hour and has explained the process step by step unlike this office who never ever told us exactly what was happening. Then they had the audacity to say that our other lawyer only had advanced our case because of the work they did. LIES. We confirmed this with all the other lawyers we interviewed with because they told us FOIAs we no longer taking as long as they had during the beginning of COVID because that’s the lie Sergio office always told us. Also it was always such a difficult task having to call the office to ask about your case. They would literally hang up on us and everyone that answered was rude. They would transfer our calls and no one would ever answer. And the response was always the same that it was slow because of COVID. I thought that that’s how all the lawyer green card experiences were but I was WRONG. This office is terrible I regret not cancelling sooner and starting my process with our current lawyer who responds immediately, is empathetic about our case and answers al our questions.

In 2019 I needed a work permit and then a student Visa. I was studying abroad and decided to continue my education and occupation in America. Coming from South America this wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The pandemic slowed things down but I consulted with Sergio late in 2019 and he ha...d the ball rolling immediately. His paralegals constantly updated me on the process and were fully transparent. In 2020, the world closed so we were delayed. I waited patiently and Sergio and his team even offered to defer payment until we resumed. It was only a few months that passed when we were able to resume and it went fast after that. I was able to resume school even though it was online and to live in the US while I worked and studied. Well now I have finished school and am on my pathway to full citizenship thanks to the hard work and persistence of this great attorney and his crew. I love the work ethic and can't wait to see him again in his office. He's opening new locations everywhere so I know he's doing great things.
