DO NOT GO HERE ....We have been with this office of Sergio for over a year we paid everything they have asked. When we try to get information of our case we get nothing. Different phone number, different people, different Emails & nothing We paid everything. I feel this office takes on way to many c...ase for money then they can't handle it there all about money. It's very sad that people are really try to make a life and get papers and offices like this take advantage..... NO VAYAS AQUÍ....Llevamos más de un año con esta oficina de Sergio, pagamos todo lo que han pedido. Cuando tratamos de obtener información de nuestro caso no obtenemos nada. Número de teléfono diferente, personas diferentes, correos electrónicos diferentes y nada. Pagamos todo. Siento que esta oficina toma muchos casos por dinero y luego no pueden manejarlo todo por dinero. Es muy triste que la gente realmente trate de ganarse la vida y sacar papeles y oficinas como esta se aprovechen.

I set up an appointment for a consultation with the lawyer regarding my status. I showed up at the time of my appointment only to find out I had to wait more than two hours to be helped. I did not speak to a real lawyer. He was a paralegal and couldn’t give me a straight answer regarding my case. ... He said he would consult with the senior lawyer and get back to me within a week. Never heard back from this law firm. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Really bad service.

This review is for his Las Vegas office. I attempted to have a consultation with this group of attorneys. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. After an hour of patiently waiting I decided to ask how much longer it would be. This is not my first rodeo with an attorn...ey. They said they did not know and that there were 2 cases before mine. I was appalled! I asked about how long would these cases take? She said she didn’t know. I asked what is your best estimate? Again, I don’t know. I offered an answer, an hour? She said yes more than likely about 45 minutes to an hour. Seriously. At this point I had already paid for child care, taken time off work, and got there early. For my time to be so blatantly disregarded and in the most matter of fact possible is just beyond rude! I asked about how they schedule appointments and why were their clients not spaced out more? She said this is the way they make their appointments. Several cases are given the same appointment time, as attorneys finish with one they take the next person/case. There is no sense of administrative direction in this place. Meanwhile you have the lobby tv going so loud that the person who’s checking in cannot even hear the front office person hiding behind the crack of the glass slider. All while the TV replays the same commercial over and over about how other law offices are ridiculously unavailable and doing poor jobs. So you want me to entrust your office (in shambles) with my life? No thanks! It really is sad how immigration attorneys treat their clients. And to make my review known, I’ll do their clients the courtesy of posting in Spanish! They may be great attorneys, too bad for them I won’t find out.

Hoy 07/21/19 a las 9:15 am era mi primer cita. . Pero pasaron dos horas y no sería posible que me vieran ya que había cientos de personas esperando. Llego una persona específicamente con un caso que ya tiene un año en espera de los récords de huellas de su esposo, le hicieron cita ERRÓNEAMENTE nueva...mente para iniciar el caso. FALTA DE PROFESIONALISMO. Luego me fije al BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BBB y su calificación es F de FATAL!!! Me retiré de inmediato ya que ni el abogado Sergio Siderman estaba para atender a los cientos de personas que tenían “CITA” para orientarlos. Eso sí te hacen que pagues por tomarte las huellas en papel, no son ni siquiera las huellas digitales electrónicas.!!!
