Sergio Jose Siderman is a renowned Los Angeles-based lawyer, helping his clients obtain legal status in the United States. Sergio received his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Political Science with Honors from the University of Southern California.
Sergio was born and raised in Tucamon, Argentina. He lived there with his family until they were forced to leave under death threats from the military government in 1976 (during an era known as “the Dirty War” in Argentina). Sergio and his entire family left the country with only the clothes on their backs and sought asylum in the United States. Sergio’s grandfather, Jose Siderman, sued Argentina for human rights violations and the theft of his properties, becoming the first immigrant to successfully sue a foreign sovereign nation from the United States (see Siderman v. Argentina, 965 F.2d 699 (9th Cir. 1992).

Waste of money
Hired this attorney almost 2 years ago,to try to adjust my status in the country,well things didn't go as planned,the paralegals don't know what they're doing,to make things short,they provide false information to USCIS and now they denied my application, and there was no way that I can prove my case...
