Thank god I am in a good place and have been since my nightmare experience with this individual ended. I would never recommend using him. He played on his phone in court showing me his Facebook page more than listening. He passed off my case to his "assistant" (with a black eye), and took the money a...nd ran when I disagreed with him. I did MY own case work investigation when he was doing nothing, I had solid file and evidence. I worked up my own file actually went to properties and knocked on doors, looked up title companies and tied the whole scam together. and much more. I found massive fraud in my case ... but his words are empty and that all mighty dollar is all he is after. He is an opportunist exabits narcistic ways or as he described himself An Alpha Male" Stay clear he has a very chauvinistic approach to females. I found his behavior gross, offensive and inappropriate. I still have my file if there is any questions or doubt. I filed a civil law suit first Then the landlord filed evection. Like other posts he stopped returning calls and filed for removal when I push him to do the work. I was a single mom of 3. Thankfully I went on to rent with a reputable landlord for over 11 years. He should be ashamed of himself.

This review is solely based on the experience my company has had with attorney Nick Tepper, Esq. This is our story: Over year ago, my company’s yearbook division lost a civil case over a minor dispute and was faced with a substantial financial judgment. We selected Mr. Tepper because he believed i...n “winning” an appeal case for our company. We had interviewed about 10 law firms, including the top 3 firms in Los Angeles, and only Nick had the skill and confidence to take our case and win! Our first impression of Nick was assuring, as he confidently assessed our case and gave clarity to strategy, unlike the other high-profile lawyers from the first 9 law firms we interviewed who did not want to take the case. From the initial meeting, he consistently believed in our success. Therefore, after follow-up email exchanges, we retained Mr. Tepper’s firm to represent our appeals case on behalf of our company. The day of the appeal was the true test! Nick’s firm prepared the opening brief, which in our opinion was less than satisfactory. However, Mr. Tepper turned our disappointment around during the Oral Argument hearing! As we observed his court-room manner and poise while handling the justices’ challenging questions, we perceived his laser like focus, confidence, and control of the situation. His attentiveness to detail and dogged pursuit of justice ultimately led to the justices, including the presiding judge, unanimously reversing the decision in favor of my company. Given the slim chance of a reversal judgment for our appeal case, this truly was a miracle! In addition, the fact that we found Mr. Tepper through a random Google search makes this win even more amazing! He was truly God sent! I also give thanks and credit to those who fervently prayed and fasted about this situation and asked for justice for my company during this past year. My company has had working relationships with multiple law firms over the past 20 years, from the boutique-style, more personal type to the large conglomerate international type which is less personal. Of all the attorneys of which we have been associated, Mr. Nick Tepper has been at the top of our list for his personable style, transparency, and commitment to justice. He has what it takes to get the justice you deserve!

For once, an attorney who did everything he promised to do. He was easy to reach and returned all calls. He did an excellent job defending our company in our eviction case. As i write this, the Plaintiff is in the fifth month trying to unfairly evict our company. Tepper put the Landlord in his pl...ace. Our company could not have asked for better representation.

I found Nick a few years ago when dealing with a less than honest landlord on a vacation property I was renting. He handled that case with ease, and that was that. Recently, my company decided to go into litigation against a much bigger company in our industry over a deal that fell through based on ...the other companies inaction after commitment to action. After meeting with several high priced "industry" attorneys, I asked my partner if we should consult with Nick Tepper, because even though the case he handled for me was simple enough and our encounter was brief, I was very impressed with the way he conducted himself. Full disclosure, my father is a lawyer, and my grandmother was a lawyer, so I feel that I know a good attorney when I meet one. We consulted with Nick about the case, and found out that he won a big settlement against a major corporation a few years ago, and going against big companies doesn't phase him. He evaluated what we laid out, and agreed to represent us, and we are very satisfied with his work. Nick says that he cares about his cases, only second to how much the client cares, and he's right. His demeanor and conduct is way above board, but he's also a pitbull, and a procedural whiz with a very quick mind. In short, he has all the ingredients to be your best asset and your adversaries worst nightmare in litigation proceedings, and can't recommend him enough.
