Thank god I am in a good place and have been since my nightmare experience with this individual ended. I would never recommend using him. He played on his phone in court showing me his Facebook page more than listening. He passed off my case to his "assistant" (with a black eye), and took the money a...nd ran when I disagreed with him. I did MY own case work investigation when he was doing nothing, I had solid file and evidence. I worked up my own file actually went to properties and knocked on doors, looked up title companies and tied the whole scam together. and much more. I found massive fraud in my case ... but his words are empty and that all mighty dollar is all he is after. He is an opportunist exabits narcistic ways or as he described himself An Alpha Male" Stay clear he has a very chauvinistic approach to females. I found his behavior gross, offensive and inappropriate. I still have my file if there is any questions or doubt. I filed a civil law suit first Then the landlord filed evection. Like other posts he stopped returning calls and filed for removal when I push him to do the work. I was a single mom of 3. Thankfully I went on to rent with a reputable landlord for over 11 years. He should be ashamed of himself.

On 8/24/19 I met Tepper Consultation was free he did NOTHING and gave him 750.00 To handle a tenant complaint I am having ..Nicholas met me took my cash ..He said its weird BEING A attorney..He never did NOTHING for me HE NEVER ANSWERS MY CALLS JUST TOOK MY HARD EARNED 750.00 CASH..I TRUSTED IN HIM B...ECAUSE HIS PROFILE WAS WITH HIS FAMILY. NICHOLAS TEPPER JUST TOOK MY CASH AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN....WE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT TAKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY .

Ferocious as a litigator and knows every nuance of landlord-tenant law. From the phone consultation, I felt certain I could trust his skills. I've heard horror stories of lawyers who have done less for three times a much. With Nick, you're in good hands. I call Nick a humanist. He cares not just for ...his clients but for folks in general. Which makes him a lot easier to be around than slick or pompous types. Before I knew what was happening, the matter was settled, and to my great advantage. I’m not fond of hyperbole. But I have to say you’d be a fool not to hire him.

Nick got RIGHT down to business. He asked plenty of questions right from the start to familiarize himself with my case, and was very honest about when he thought we have a response from the defendant, and what he thought that response would be. HE KEPT CONSTANT CONTACT with me, and was honest about... when he thought we'd reach a solid settlement I was comfortable with. My landlord/ building management never bothered me while litigation was taking place. I still live, comfortably, in the building that I sued. I thank God for Nick. He's kind of a prick, but it's part of the job he does so well I guess ...lol:)

For once, an attorney who did everything he promised to do. He was easy to reach and returned all calls. He did an excellent job defending our company in our eviction case. As i write this, the Plaintiff is in the fifth month trying to unfairly evict our company. Tepper put the Landlord in his pl...ace. Our company could not have asked for better representation.
