Successful Litigation

We had a complex situation that was involved insurance company, banks and private clients. We had a discussion with Mr. Ruttenberg and he was very knowledgeable about the issues and the possibilities to resolve them. Some attorneys still like to win!

I hired Ken just before he started his own firm to handle a breach of contract matter with a software development company. I was thrilled with the results. He keeps emails short and knows when it's better to pickup the phone or have you come in the office. More importantly he knew the facts in my ...case and rehearsed his arguments well-before the arbitration. The best part is he treats his clients with respect. Needless to say, he got every dime I was owed from the opposing party in my case. Plus he got attorney's fees, costs and pre-judgment interest.
