I grew up in Laguna Beach and graduated with honors from UCLA with a degree in history. I attended Tulane Law School in New Orleans, graduating with honors in 1993. Tepper Law Firm opened in 1993 and we've been helping clients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties ever since.
