Where to even begin? We found Cyrus through this website and couldn’t be more pleased with how professionally and thoroughly he handled our tenant/landlord case from start to finish. At first I had considered representing myself for an unlawful detainer (eviction) case, but I am very glad I didn't. Even though I hired him last minute, Cyrus still came through to deliver a victory after going to trial. Each defense was clearly laid out and he used case law to support some of the less clearly defined details of particular laws that were relevant to our case. Cyrus also did not let the other side get away with anything, winning many objections. I could tell the other side was frustrated with their lack of maneuverability and I was very glad he was on my side. Overall, Cyrus is very smart, knowledgeable and talented and I know he will go far. I feel lucky to have had him represent me. On a side note, he is also just a nice guy and easy to work with.
