Within one week I was supposed appear to the local Superior Court about two weeks after I signed with Abramson. I notified them that through email and it was maybe a week and a half before the initial court date they separated from the case. Couldn't get a hold of them, they didn't show up; They sen...t me an e-mail to tell me they were no longer taking my case and that was after meeting the law group and they sending a letter to my employer of formal representation! They then sent my employer another letter resending representation. Interested in continued representation and encouraged by the intake portion of my complaint we continued on. My initial thoughts were the lawsuit over intimidation, environmental hazard and harassment resulting in an unjust termination. Abramson group came as a personal referral; post intake they contacted my employer and issued formal representation, I had a complicated case and it was difficult for me to keep up with the speed at which they processed the case(s). In my case they did the best actions on my behalf and were happy to communicate the details of the proceedings. There's no index or faq' to assist the litigant and the insight we gain is possibilities of action/outcome, The process is the process and I thank Abramson Law for the work they do regarding the rights of employment and labor.
