Amanda and the rest of the staff at Abramson law group are, honest, patient, quick witted and so polite, they easily could have turned my case away and it would have been so difficult to deal with any of this on my own, being who I am I have faced discrimination and racial situations that I let slide... and this one time I didn’t because I felt so offended to the extent that I felt like I had to do something. Amanda continued to reach out and let me know of any upcoming deadlines or changes that were made, the communication was so excellent during the last few months and I felt even from the beginning that justice would be served, if I ever know of anyone going through what I experienced I would refer them instantly to this law group and from the bottom of my heart thank you so much!!!

Within one week I was supposed appear to the local Superior Court about two weeks after I signed with Abramson. I notified them that through email and it was maybe a week and a half before the initial court date they separated from the case. Couldn't get a hold of them, they didn't show up; They sen...t me an e-mail to tell me they were no longer taking my case and that was after meeting the law group and they sending a letter to my employer of formal representation! They then sent my employer another letter resending representation. Interested in continued representation and encouraged by the intake portion of my complaint we continued on. My initial thoughts were the lawsuit over intimidation, environmental hazard and harassment resulting in an unjust termination. Abramson group came as a personal referral; post intake they contacted my employer and issued formal representation, I had a complicated case and it was difficult for me to keep up with the speed at which they processed the case(s). In my case they did the best actions on my behalf and were happy to communicate the details of the proceedings. There's no index or faq' to assist the litigant and the insight we gain is possibilities of action/outcome, The process is the process and I thank Abramson Law for the work they do regarding the rights of employment and labor.

They contacted me on a Saturday morning by email and told me they would "love" to take my case. I signed a contract. It was within weeks i was supposed to go to the Labor Commissioner about three weeks after I signed. I notified them that through email and it was maybe a week and a half before they r...ealized it. Couldn't get a hold of them, they didn't show up to my meeting with the Labor Commissioner. I wasn't even assigned an attorney 3 weeks into signing up with them. They sent me an e-mail about 6 in the evening to tell me they were no longer taking my case and that was after my meeting with the commissioner. I would not recommend this Law Firm to anybody. It seemed as if they were only interested in the Discrimination portion of my lawsuit and not my lost wages and overtime gratuity. If there was no stars selection I give them no stars
