I never wrote a review before until today! I want to share about my great experience with Houman Varzandeh LLP. I was looking for a good lawyer for my case and went to tons of lawyers for cosultations. They all told me that i had no chance for my case to be successful but were still willing to take ...my money. I found out about Mr. Varzandeh through my sister who heard about him through a friend. I was very skeptical since i spoke to so many lawyers already. After speaking to Mr. Varzandeh i decided to hire him. He was different than all others. He listened to me and explained everything that he would do and how much it would cost. He agreed to handle my case and told me that i had nothing to worry about. I trusted him since he seemed very professional and knowledgeable. But I was still a little skeptical about my case. Every time i met with Mr. Varzandeh he assured me that i had nothing to worry about and that everything will be ok. He gave me hope. He did everything like he promised. I never had to worry about a single thing regarding paperwork or anything else while he was handling my case. He and his team do everything above and beyond to provide best quality service PROMPTLY!!! Always kept me informed about every step or news on my case. I will never forget the day when Mr. Varzandeh called me and informed that my case had been approved. I couldnt believe my ears. It was like a miracle for me!!! I was introduced to Mr. Varzandeh through a friend. My friend had a great experience with him and he highly recommended him. Mr. Varzandeh was a god sent! He is professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. He did not give me false hopes and promises of miracles. He stated the facts and promised to do h...is best to help me. That he did! I got full support from him and his professional team and he delivered as promised. I have already asked him to represent my parents and I definitely recommend him for anyone with immigration problems. Mr. Varzandeh does what he says he will do and does it promptly and concisely. He only took 2 and a half months after filing to get my wife her approval. He is great and does everything he says he will do unlike a lot of other lawyers who will take your money and not do anything at all. He got all the paper work done quickly and worked with his partner Lisa Anderson who is also very professional and courteous. I don't know what else to say and we have looked at a lot of frog lawyers out there that would take our money and not do anything as well as this firm. I cant say enough good things about this firm. I have no words to describe the immense gratitude I feel towards Mr. Varzandeh and his legal team. They handled my complex immigration case brilliantly. Mr. Varzandeh delivered to me, in less than a year, what other immigration attorneys from my area could not: my permanent legal residency in the US.... Over the last 20 years, I hired seven attorneys to handle my immigration case with no success. During this trial and error of interviewing and hiring immigration attorneys, I encountered a great number who were very inexperienced and unorganized. To their defense, I can only speculate that these less than desirable immigration attorneys were not able to handle my case due to a 17 year-old criminal conviction. Some of these attorneys would abandon my case, refer me to other immigration attorneys, not answer my calls for months, or would simply charge me an initial consultation fee only to let me know that my case was impossible to handle and that I should consider self-deportation. That is when I decided to search for legal immigration advice outside my residential state; this is where, when by pure ‘luck’, I found Varzandeh’s firm on the Avvo website. Houman Varzandeh was the total opposite of every attorney I'd had the displeasure of dealing with. The very first time I spoke with Mr. Varzandeh over the phone, he disclosed to me the exact amount of money it would cost to handle my immigration case, what the chances of succeeding were, and the different legal approaches he could take during the process, given the chance of possible complications. His fees are very reasonable; he will tell you what choices you have without making you spend a lot of money, and he is willing to travel anywhere in the US to handle your immigration case. Before and after my immigration interview with Homeland Security, Varzandeh would answer my text messages and emails on weekends, evenings, holidays, almost within 15 minutes! Mr. Varzandeh showed professionalism, passion for his profession, enthusiasm, and showed respect and dignity towards me and my wife throughout the entire process. Immigration is full of land mines, black holes, and legal loops that not all attorneys are competent enough to navigate, let alone handle a complicated immigration case such as mine. I only had one chance to a successful opportunity to gain a greencard; without Varzandeh and his legal team, I truly believe my case would have been denied and I would have been deported.
