Biography
I was born in Istanbul, Turkey of Armenian descent. I immigrated to the United States in 1974, at the time just 4 months old. I knew, from early in my legal training that I would be an immigration attorney. In fact, it is all I specialize in. Immigration law and more importantly, unpublished policy, changes so quickly that if an attorney does not focus their entire practice on immigration law, they will miss something.
On a personal note, I am married for 11 years and two wonderful boys ages 2 and 4. I love representing my clients and learning about their cultures, business ventures and industry.

Excellent Service & Fast Result

J1 Waiver - F1 & H1B Visa
Everything went well with him. I highly recommend him because he is responsive and inform you constantly during the process. I had a J1 Visa I had to waive to apply for H1B since the host company wanted me to stay. He helped me waive J1 and get an H1B.

Best lawyer I have worked with.
I would recommend Arek to any one looking for legel services in his area. He explains everything in a perfect manner for you to understand. He also takes more time than any attorney that I have ever met to explain in detail what it is that is going on.
