My husband arrived in the U.S with a J1 visa with the two year home residency requirement attached to it. Arek is a great lawyer to work with. I had several immigration cases before so I am very knowledgeable myself about immigration so it is very hard for me to hire a lawyer because I met lawyers who are not even up to date about immigration. My case was Dv lottery case and due to my high number and ...doing AOS , I hired Arek after I won the lottery. He told us all the steps very clearly and luckily our number become current in August but a normal I-485 case takes at least 3 months so we did not have enough time but Arek put his time and connections to get us interview to the last minute which is almost the last week of the program.
