We have worked with Arek on my EB-2 Visa Process. We started with another attorney at the beginning of the process and it was going quite slow and the company decided to go with Arek instead. I was an OPT holder at that time and the clock was ticking. The first lawyer suggested me to leave the countr...y during the process which would risk my position at the company but Arek always came with solutions, he suggested that I keep my studies and keep my student visa so that I would have time for the whole process. All I can say about him is that he is a great problem solver and definitely an expert in immigration law. Before learning of Mr. Nizamian via Avvo, I interviewed several attorneys throughout the country. Our case was extremely complex, with a previous cancelled tourist visa and a denied P-1 work visa. Although we had over 600 pages of supporting documentation as proof of the validity of our marriage, w...e absolutely had no guarantee of an approval for our CR1 application. Mr. Nizamian was always careful not to sugar-coat our situation but instead provided us with realistic expectations and sound legal advice, even when the truth about wait times or delays was not what we wanted to hear, although incredibly our case moved from filing date to interview date within 10 months with no delays due to missing paperwork! When it came time for our interview last week, Mr. Nizamian again made time to prepare my husband by calling him two or three times and going over potential interview questions and the best ways to answer. Specifically, Mr. Nizamian was able to communicate with my husband in his native language, Turkish, and provided my husband the guidance he needed to conduct himself at the interview with knowledge and confidence. Then the morning of our interview, which was in Ankara, Turkey (10 hours ahead of Los Angeles) we emailed Mr. Nizamian the initial outcome around 3AM PST and Mr. Nizamian emailed us back a response within minutes. He was positive and hopeful and then called my husband later that day to get all of the details about the interview. Now, a week later, we received an email that our CR-1 visa has been approved In conclusion, we highly recommend Mr. Nizamian and will be utilizing his services again as we file an I130 for my step-son within the coming months.
