Arek Alexander Nizamian

I live in Michigan and I was looking for a immigration lawyer to work with me to help me obtain a permanent resident status. I couldn't find one that I felt comfortable with in my area. A family member from California recommended Arek Nizamian. The idea of working with someone outside of my state was... a bit out of my comfort zone but I decided to give him a call. I spoke to him and he told me exactly what we could do to help me obtain my green card and how long it would take. After a few phone calls and setting up a payment, I got all the forms that my wife and I needed and started the process. Within a few weeks of finishing up all the forms I received some receipt letters from USCIS saying that they received my applications and were under review. Each time we received something from USCIS, I would also receive a call or email (with a copy of what was sent) from his office to notify me as well. Within 4 weeks of receiving the receipt letters from USCIS I got my Employment Authorization and I-512 Advance Parole card. Two weeks later I received a notification for an interview appointment at a USCIS office. Three weeks before my interview Mr. Nizamian prepared all the documents we needed to bring to our appointment and made sure we knew what to expect, what to bring and how to prepare for it. The night before the interview with USCIS I received a call from him to make sure we had everything we needed and were good to go. The day of the interview, my wife and I went in and had everything we needed and we had no problems at all during the interview. The officer that did the interview was happy and pleased with everything that was filed, the documents we brought and how the interview went. She told me that everything was good and that my green card should arrive within two weeks. As soon as I got out of the interview I gave him call and told him how everything went. Every went as expected. On top of helping me with my case, he also helped my brother with a DACA case. He told him what they needed to do and my brother got everything he needed and a Work Authorization Card within two months after filling out and sending all the applications, documents and forms he needed. Overall I am very happy with his work. Everything was done in the amount time he said it will be done. We had all the documents and forms we needed. Our interview couldn't have gone better. Now I'm only a few days away from receiving my green card and becoming Lawful Permanent Resident. I would recommend his services to anyone that has an immigration case in or out of state.

Mr. Nizamian just successfully completed an H-1B extension case (due to pending I-140) for me and I received another 3 years of extension. Him and his staff have been superbly helpful and pleasant throughout the experience and made sure that we completed each step with great attention to detail and a...ccuracy. And the other great thing was that it was all completed in a very short period of time. I have also hired Mr. Nizamian for his services in regards to my EB-2 based green card case and it has been progressing steadily as well. All this, when compared to the experience I had with my prior immigration attorney, is like night and day. My previous immigration attorney lacked the finesse of Mr. Nizamian in every department. I am glad to have my cases in the capable hands of Mr. Nizamian and his staff now and look forward to the successful completion of my EB-2 case as well.

Arek Nizamian is the best lawyer in the world. I already had an H1-B denial, and it seemed to be hard to get the approval for my case. He really put all his effort into my case, and really did his best; we got an RFE, but he came over that too. Arek is knowledgeable and you have the opportunity to di...scuss with him about your case. He is not like those lawyers whom you will not see after you sign the contract. Also, I really really trusted him and he proved me right. So you can rely on his words; he really does whatever he says. I am sure that everyone who hires him will reach this point to trust him. Just because he is great.
