Excellent employment/labor law attorney
I found Mr. Towler to be very knowledgeable about Nevada labor/employment law. He was willing to answer all of my questions, including how the law applies in certain scenarios (i.e. how overtime applies to employees working a 4-10 schedule, my recordkeeping obligations for non-exempt and exempt employees, etc.). I would highly recommend Mr. Towler to other business owners seeking guidance on employment law issues.
