I represent individuals as well as business entities in a variety of commercial and business litigation. My experience includes jury and judge trials, in state and federal courts, appellate courts, as well as many arbitrations and mediations. I have experience in environmental catastrophe matters, breach of contract, non-compete matters, business torts, shareholder disputes, as well as personal injury and insurance related matters.

The first ten years of my practice consisted primarily of personal injury defense, as well as property damage and insurance issues. While I continue to handle these cases, from both a plaintiff and defendant standpoint, and enjoy these cases, my practice is more developed and diverse.

I counsel businesses on contracts, litigation avoidance, and negotiations of transactions.

My experience includes handling disputes over water and geothermal rights and leases, mining issues, toxic spills, explosions and other such events implicating environmental damages and/or assessments.
