I would like to leave a review about the real help which Margo Chernysheva and her team provided me! We left Ukraine at the beginning of the war. And soon started knocking on various organizations in order to find a sponsorship to come to US, since apart from Ukrainian, Russian and English we don’t ...know any other language and, realizing our capabilities, we wanted to move to America as soon as possible, but there were no relatives or friends who could help us with this at that time. It so happened that we wrote a lot of letters, but in response got only: "Unfortunately, we cannot help you." After almost half a year of wandering abroad, we lost all hope, but continued to knock wherever we could, and suddenly we received a positive response to our request, finally we found each other :) She helped us with everything! A team of professionals has always been in touch, interacting not only with us but also with our sponsors, accompanying in everything. Margo kept us informed and was there to support us throughout our entire nearly three-year consular processing experience, from the moment of our very first phone consultation. She was prompt in replying to emails, even late at night. We felt very confident and reassured having someone to address any... doubts or questions that popped up during the process. The only small area for improvement is that on more than one occasion, there were typos or irrelevant details included in some emails from support staff, that made it seem like things were just copy/pasted from another previous email. While there is certainly nothing wrong with using a standardized template, having multiple errors where for example a completely different name was used or an email mentioning bringing all documents for your parents when this was a spousal case seemed to imply a tad degree of carelessness when I would have appreciated greater attention to detail. All in all, I was still very satisfied with our experience, particularly whenever we dealt with Margo the lawyer directly.
