Attorney Richard S. Johnson is an excellent Attorney who has been not only helpful throughout my contact with him, but very respectful and timely. I was in a auto accident early August, and was struck at 100 mph by another driver on the highway who was driving recklessly. My car was totaled and I wo...ke up in the hospital. I thank God, and It is a miracle that I am alive and walked away with no major long term injuries. I participated in physical therapy and received some treatment for whiplash for a couple months following the accident. The insurance company of the other driver was giving me the run around regarding compensation for my vehicle and injuries, so I found the need to contact an Attorney. My daughter, an Attorney in another State, researched good Attorneys for me to call and Richard was at the top of the list. I was satisfied with the customer service and level of explanation received on my first consultation, and meeting with Richard. His paralegal Andrea Viera has also been very helpful. My bodily injury case was closed in October 2015, and I received compensation for the injuries I sustained. This was much faster than I expected. I currently still have an open case for property damage that Richard is assisting me with because the insurance company for the other driver (once again) was giving me the run around, and I had been in a rental car for over two months. I am confident Richard will resolve this in a timely manner. Also, Richard has fair charges and a reasonable retainer agreement. I highly recommend Richard and his staff. They are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I am wholeheartedly grateful to Richard and Andrea Viera for their outstanding support and progress thus far. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Richard Johnson on a couple of occasions. He is undoubtedly one of the very best lawyers in Las Vegas. Mr Johnson helped me so much in 1 phone call than what my own paid attorney did for me in 4 years, Mr Johnson helped me even thought he did not take my case. How amazing to know such an attorney still exists today.
