Biography
Prior to exclusively representing injury victims, I spent 12 years defending car accidents, slip/trip and falls, insurance claims, medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters. I was staff counsel for an insurance company for 3 of those 12 years. My prior work as an insurance defense attorney gives me tremendous insight into accident/injury cases and a distinct advantage in dealing with insurance companies and their attorneys.
