Biography
I graduated from the University of Utah in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and attended the University Of San Diego School Of Law where I received a Juris Doctorate in 1995.
I practice actively in Nevada and California and am admitted to practice before all state courts in Nevada and California and the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the Central District of California.
I practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, product liability, social security disability, consumer rights, construction law and commercial landlord/tenant law. I have tried many cases in California and Nevada with excellent results. My jury trials have involved automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, complex construction litigation, commercial landlord/tenant, premises liability, general negligence and products liability.
I am fluent in Danish having attended high school in Nykobing, Denmark and enjoy waterskiing, wakeboarding and snow skiing with my two daughters.
