Biography
Our Las Vegas, Nevada firm represents car, truck, boating, motorcycle and pedestrian accident victims, slip and fall victims, and victims of dangerously defective products. Our firm also represents people who have sustained brain injury and other serious injuries as well as wrongful death cases.
In addition to our personal injury and accident practice, we offer discounts on uncontested probates of any size in all counties of Nevada and a discount on uncontested probate estates of $400,000 or large in all counties of California. If the injury case is a wrongful death case and involves a probate in Nevada or Callfornia, we don't charge extra for the probate.
Some of my more interesting case include a $1.9 million recovery for a man whose legs were crushed when a drunk driver going the wrong way on the freeway hit my client, and an Air Force man who was severely injured when doing volunteer work selling drinks at the Electric Daisy Festival.
I have also sued insurance companies on the issue of coverage.
