Brian Nelson’s law firm handled creating my family trust and I also have consulted with Brian on several real estate transactions I was involved in. Most recently I received a subpoena for some records and Brian guided me through the process of how I needed to answer it. In early April I was abroad and thought I was coming down with CV19. I had written a holographic will previously but wanted to change the beneficiary. In a near panic - (Edit - No, in an actual panic) - I read lawyer reviews on Avvo for Las Vegas/Henderson and came up with about 4 names I want...ed to speak with to decide who to hire. The first attorney was not available and I made an appointment for a free phone consultation the next morning. Brian Nelson was my 2nd call. I got thru to him, explained the situation, and he began explaining ways to resolve it. After that, I felt there was no need to conduct further interviews and hired him. We decided I would hand write a new holographic will by copying a form he sent me, then take photos of each page and email them to him so he would have a copy immediately. After that I would courier the original to him. I was impressed enough that I also appointed him my Personal Representative for the will. Throughout the process I had more questions and he was almost always promptly available with answers. (Thankfully I did not come down with CV19). I recommend him.

Brian helped our family out when my father passed in Nevada all others made me feel more then uncomfortable about my dads situation nobody seemed to listen, Brian listened and knew what wasn’t necessary and what was. He spoke human and his fees certainly made believers out of us there are still good ...in people out there. Should you find yourself in need of a probate attorney give him a call. I have never had a lawyer for anything much to speak of in my life. My mother passed away in December of 2012. I hired Mr. Wilson in 2015 to see over my fathers estate. He always answered my questions and never put me off and I found him honest. Mr. Wilson returns calls promptly and tries to help with any concerns. As for pricing I felt he was reasonable. My brother and I may have other consulting to do ...with Mr. Wilson and will be very happy to hire Mr. Wilson again. By the way Mr. Wilson did win my case.
