I recently found myself needing to contact an attorney and not being from the area, I talked to some local people and after I checked some reviews, I realized that Brian Nelson would be the attorney to call. I talked to him on 4 occasions and he gave me his time his expert opinion. He eventually ta...lked me out of pursuing the case because he thought I would just be throwing money away. Now, he could have told me to go ahead with it and just taken my money, but he didn’t. As a matter of fact, I asked him to bill me for all the time I had tied him up with these calls and he told me not to worry about it. Just such a super nice Guy. I felt compelled to write this review and share what 5 star individual/attorney looks like!

Brian Nelson was amazing and very considerate. He explained the process needed to win my case and accomplished everything in a very timely manner. I don't know what I would have done had he not been able to help me. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, he was patient and kind.... I am so happy I found him. He's truly a very wonderful, kind person and attorney. If ever I need his help again in the future I would definitely use his services. I really can't thank him enough.

2 years ago, I needed to separate assets to prepare for my husband needing Medicaid, as he was in memory care, Brian presented my case to the judge, arguing that I needed more than just half my assets, as I was younger, and my only support would be my husbands social security and whatever my half of... the settlement would be. He succeeded in helping me receive a more generous portion of our remaining finances. Which will sustain me for the rest of my life. When my husband passed away, he assisted me in getting his death certificate filed. Brian is a fine attorney!
