Ms. Tomich obtained her masters of law (LL.M.) degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law from which she graduated magna cum laude. She obtained her juris doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and her bachelor of science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ms. Tomich often gives educational seminars to the community regarding estate planning, probate avoidance, and business succession planning. She also contributes articles to local publications. Ms. Tomich is involved in various community outreach organizations where she volunteers her time. She sits on the board and is a member of the executive committee of Nevada Community Foundation and chairs the UNLV Library Advisory Board.

Ms. Tomich was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. In 1990, she and her family moved to Las Vegas where she has resided since. She loves to travel and spend time with her husband, Rick, and their son, Jake. They are also blessed with loving families and friends.

An exceptional person

Have had Ms. Tomich prepare our Trusts since 2004 and am pleased with the results. We just had our Trust revised in June, 2016 for some changes in our life. If you know what you want to do, she will see that your wishes are carried out. If there is something that you would like to do, she will explain to you the pro and cons of doing so and advise you accordingly. She is one of the best and nice to work with.

A must have professional for asset protect!

Geri was the best. I have been a client of hers for over 8 years. She guided my wife and I through a very complex asset protection plan . Was very professional, understanding, informative, and thorough. Her advice and meticulous attention to detail proved priceless when unexpected litigation came our way. I can not speak highly enough of Geri. I can say "I know I'm glad she's my attorney".

A first-rate estate planning attorney!

My wife and I retained Geri to put together our estate plan. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also patient and understanding throughout the whole process. Some lawyers are really good with the technical aspects of the law. Some are really good with clients. Geri is great with both! Geraldine Tomich is reliable, detail oriented, concise, and to the point. She tells her clients what is happening and keeps them informed. She is willing to listen to what you, the client, has to say and answers emails promptly. She is competent, and aggressive, but not a bulldog, and I was extremely thankful with the outcome that she handled for me.

Great Lawyer!

Geri and I have worked together for several years now. Shes prepared a trust for me and counseled me in simila matters.
