I am very happy I chose Erik Severino. I will gladly refer anyone I know to his office if his services are needed. My bankruptcy process was quite emotional and devastating for me and Erik made the entire process stress-free and comfortable for me. His fees are also less that any of the lawyers I re...searched, with payment plans available, which is definitely a plus when you find yourself in my situation. Very thankful and grateful for his pleasant and understanding personality.

I used Erik Severino a few years ago and he did a fabulous job for me. He called me today, right at the assigned time, and is taking care of another big issue for me. He makes me feel right at ease, and I was always impressed with his genuine concern for my problems.His prices are very reasonable, to...o. They can give you my phone number if you wanna talk to a real person. I used to totally dislike lawyers, but he changed my mind for sure. I totally recommend him for any issues you may have!

Erik did a great job for me. I went bankrupt. He advertised one single fee and there was never a hint for more. He and his firm did absolutely everything. All I had to do was show up at court and he did it all and it went good for me. Can't imagine a better service. I had talked to 2 lawyers previous...ly and neither gave me the confidence he did.

When your filing bankruptcy obviously you don't have a ton of money on hand. We were able to make payments on our terms when and what we could afford, the lawyer never once nagged us for payments, I really appreciated that, we didn't feel so much pressure. I also love when they call it says on the ca...ller I'd "your lawyer" it lightens the mood. Very easy to talk to and very informative.

Went to my consultation today. The receptionist was rude. Erik had me waiting for about a half hour after my appointment time because he was still with the previous client, whom of which he walked out. When I got in his office, I found that he couldn't help me with my financial situation, so I reques...ted a refund of my $100 retainer deposit. He appeared to be offended by my request and started telling me that I need to write a letter and mail it. I stated that I can just write it now. He gave me a sheet of paper and opened the door for me to leave stating that he had another appointment (I wasn't in his office for more than 10 minutes) and to give the letter to his "receptionist". I asked how long it will take for a refund and he told me that he didn't know. I'm thinking to myself, "what a tool this guy is?" He didn't even walk me out. So I sat out in the reception area and wrote the letter. Afterwards, I took the letter to the receptionist and asked her to sign it and give me a copy. She said, "I'm not signing anything!" without even attempting to take the letter. I told her that Erik said she could. She then took the letter and signed it and gave me a copy without another word. In my opinion, both of them were very unprofessional, ride, and untrustworthy; I feel like I am going to have a problem getting my money back.
