I had an initial consultation with Erik Severino, Esq., several years ago while trying to acquire information on bankruptcy procedures and what I would need to do if the need indeed arose. After our initial consultation, I left his office with a positive feeling. Bankruptcy was the last option I was... considering given my financial situation, but the day did come when it was my only option. I chose Erik Severino, Esq., based on that initial consultation (who by the way, was not my only bankruptcy consultation) and I could not be happier with the results! He responded to any inquires in a very timely manner and guided me through the process in the most professional manner. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him if you are looking at bankruptcy! The words I have inside are not coming across as eloquently as feel. But I highly, highly recommend him if you are considering this option and urge anyone to contact him if this is an option for you. His office also provides simple estate planning (e.g., wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) so if this is all you are looking for, I again, recommend anyone to look at him for these services too…I know I will in the future!
