My husband and I recently went through several financial and medical hardships that left us unable to pay our creditors and swimming in debt that only kept growing month after month. We did some research on who the most reputable bankruptcy lawyers were in the Las Vegas area, and the Law Office of Er...ik Severino kept coming up with glowing reviews. We decided to set up an initial free consultation with Erik to go over our personal circumstances and discuss our potential options. Erik was open and willing to meet with us on a Saturday morning, the only time my husband and I were able to meet together for our first consultation, even though his normal office hours were Monday through Friday. We had a lot of questions, as we had never needed to consider bankruptcy before. We were embarrassed and beyond stressed out by our financial situation, but Erik put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions professionally, candidly, and respectfully. He gave us plenty of time to think about the process and whether or not we wanted to go through with it, without any financial obligation, until we were one hundred percent sure about whether or not filing for bankruptcy was the right decision for us. We had several follow-up questions after our initial meeting. All of our questions were answered quickly and put in the most simplest terms for us. I was pleasantly surprised when Erik personally responded (as opposed to a random paralegal) to my emails within an hour - sometimes within a few minutes -depending on the complexity of my questions. After my husband and I were sure we wanted to go through with the process, Erik was upfront about the total fees and how the process would work. He allowed us plenty of time to gather all necessary documents and walked us through what to expect. Everything worked out exactly how it was planned. Throughout the process, Erik was there for all questions I had and confirmed all information he received from the court as it came through his office. A few months in to the process, and we have officially received our discharge confirmation. It’s definitely a relief knowing our debts aren’t looming over us during an already stressful time for us. In a heartbeat, I would definitely, one hundred percent, recommend Erik for anyone who is considering bankruptcy.

I would recommend this attorney , he put my mind at ease and was very reassuring about my case. Answered all my questions and working with me on payments that I am able to make due to my situation.
