In searching for a divorce attorney, Amber Robinson from the Robinson Law Group came highly recommended to me by a friend. Her rate was very reasonable; she delivered exactly what she said she would with no surprises. Throughout the entire process I felt like she was looking out for my best interest.... Ms. Robinson did not candy coat anything and always talked me through my options with a level head. What I learned in a stressful time was patience, the patience to understand that I was NOT her only client and my case was NOT the only one she was handling. Attorney Robinson or someone from her staff WILL follow-up on everything, and answer all questions. Attorney Robinson and her entire staff earned my respect and trust.

I was a flat fee client, and understood that. There were some concerns early on, like losing information that I provided, but I figured that happens. We got to the point where my decree needed to be drafted, and I even offered to pay extra to make that happen since I wasn't sure if it was included ...in my flat fee, but the firm told me extra money wasn't required. For over 45 days they told me they were "working on it", but I never got a draft. My last email to ask when it would be done was over two weeks ago and Amber didn't even respond to me. I just hired another attorney to get the decree drafted, who did it in less than 48 hours. I wish I had gone with someone else from the beginning. Divorce is so stressful, being blown off like this made it worse. I would have absolutely paid more money, done anything, to get my decree drafted. They just flat out didn't do it.
