I am incredibly impressed with the team at Robinson Family Law. My divorce involved complex financial matters, and my ex-husband attempted to engage in some questionable actions. However, Mrs. Robinson quickly identified these issues and worked diligently to ensure that I was satisfied with the final... outcome of my case. The entire staff was consistently helpful, providing regular communication and keeping me fully informed throughout the process. Above all, I truly felt that my attorney cared about my case and my well-being, rather than just viewing me as another client. If I could give NO stars, I would - 1 star is too much for this law firm! In July of 2019, my beautiful daughter was killed in a tragic car accident and left behind a 6-year-old little girl. At that time, my daughter and granddaughter lived in Irvine, California - and my granddaughter went to live... with her father in Los Angeles when my daughter passed away. For no reason whatsoever, my granddaughter's father immediately severed my relationship with my precious granddaughter. In an effort to remain a part of my granddaughter's life as I had been since the day she was born, I filed a case with the California courts to fight for my right to have visitation with her. I was successful in obtaining a temporary court order for visitation that would remain in place until and throughout the trial. However, in March 2020, my granddaughter and her father completely disappeared, and I was unable to find her for 6 months. Finally, in August 2020, her father appeared at a virtual court hearing w/the California court and stated that he and my granddaughter had moved to Las Vegas months ago. I was in complete shock, but I was willing to drive to Las Vegas to visit my granddaughter and assume responsibility for all expenses associated with my visitation. In an effort to exercise my visitation rights and have the California court orders enforced in Nevada, I hired Amber Robinson from the Robinson Law Group in Las Vegas to file a Registration of a Foreign Judgment. Unfortunately, Amber is an EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT attorney and did not follow due legal process in allowing the respondent 20 days to respond to the filing of the Registration of a Foreign Judgment. As a result, my case was dismissed by the court and the trailing contempt case was dismissed as well. This was just the beginning of a very long, painful journey that was made even more difficult by a HIGHLY INCOMPETENT attorney who should NEVER be practicing law in ANY state. While we were able to re-file the Registration of a Foreign Judgment and the contempt case, Amber consistently ignored my phone calls, emails and text messages and would leave me sitting in front of the laptop waiting for a hearing to start without even providing me with the link so that I could join. Amber and her team are beyond unprofessional and have absolutely NO interest in serving their clients. They are all about the money!! And once they get your money, they have NO intention of fighting for you - even if she wanted to, she is incapable of doing so because she is so incompetent (I honestly think she got her law degree online). At our last hearing on March 24th, we were actually able to reach a visitation agreement with my granddaughter's father. During this hearing, it was agreed that opposing counsel would prepare and file the stipulation and court order. It has now been an entire MONTH since the hearing and I have tried to reach out to Amber Robinson and her team about the status of the stipulation on several occasions. After several IGNORED emails, calls, and texts, Amber Robinson finally responded and stated that she had attempted to contact opposing counsel but he was non-responsive. At that time, I offered to pay Amber Robinson to prepare the stipulation since opposing counsel was non-responsive, and she refused to respond to my offer. Today, I sent her an email stating that it had been a month since our hearing and inquired about the status of the stipulation. I was shocked to receive an email from her in which she informed me that she would no longer be representing me and she was going to file a document with the court today removing herself as my attorney. I am in absolute SHOCK that an attorney could be so UNETHICAL and actually ABANDON HER CLIENT right before we are supposed to cross the finish line. What is the point in going through this long, painful legal battle only to have my attorney completely abandon me in the final hour and not complete the stipulation and court order? RUN!!!!

I had a last minute custody issue, that worked out wonderful because of Robinson Law Group. She was very professional and knew how to navigate thru my custody process. Her staff responded to my concerns and questions in a timely manner and I was able to talk with the attorney. Amber also ran down the... possibilities on what will happen and what should I do. Now, I am finally reunited with my little one and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for ur services.

I would highly recommend Amber if you are looking for someone who knows the law and how to lay it out to fight your case . She is real straight forward and to the point real blunt and upfront on anything . I hired her for the beginning of my custody case and wish I would’ve hired her all the way thro...ugh but I didn’t have the funds. I than had an issue with COVID & visitations and hired her for the entire process which came out to a great outcome with the best results ! I’m truly happy that the second time around I stayed with her through the whole process and I do not regret it one bit. If another issue came up I would definitely have her help me fight my battle .
