Where should I start? I have a very greedy ex spouse and she took me back to court for more support with 6 months left before my youngest graduates. Ok no big deal but at the last minute my ex modified her motion to try to get me to pay $70K for college. I searched and found Amber Robinson. Not sure where to begin. Amber and the team provided me, a single father of a beautiful toddler, with the ability for us to move internationally (to Canada) full-time! After two and a half years of constant back and forth between myself, and my daughter's mother, it was through Amber's expert...ise in case law (even when she was sick she showed up to a last-minute motion by the defendant and found details in my Divorce Decree that continued to grant me primary custody). Ultimately, with the truth on our side... the Judge issued the permanent move (due to better job opportunity, remarriage, safer neighborhood, etc.) justice was served. The kicker? We were awarded child support!!!! Which we didn't initially request, but due to Amber's experience in court the Judge thought it was only fair (given the circumstances). I've read other complaints on here about the Law Group not responding to calls or messages. I didn't hire Amber (her fees are reasonable and realistic), to be my babysitter. I understood from day one that she would be busy with other clients and that when the time came to deliver, that she would indeed deliver. Her paralegal (Pattie) always kept me in the loop, and I was always sent email details about my case, their trial prep (which lasted 3+ hours) had me more than prepared to present my case in court. No attorney is perfect, especially with a SLOW legal system, but at the very least Amber gave me the confidence that she KNOWS family law, and divorce, and DEFINITELY is a subject matter expert when it comes to custody battles. Professional, determined, grounded in reality (she told me right away that there was a good chance we could lose), but ultimately a pitbull when needed... I would hire the Robinson Law Group again in a heartbeat. They saved my daughter's future... which to me is priceless. Single Fathers everywhere... hire Amber and don't think twice!!

I hired this firm last month for a child support modification for an out of state ex husband who resides in Colorado. They mailed the motion to his work, home, and P. O. Box. After my ex husband claimed to me he, “Never received it,” the next day the law group sent a “Signature Required” mailing. It ...was rejected several time on my ex husband’s end. Then the magic happened......They got a motion drafted in under 3 hours with complete accuracy, AND on file with the Las Vegas Courthouse once I got word my ex husband was coming into town on business in a matter of hours. They had my ex husband served by a Processor in a matter of 2 hours with 2 hours notice!! I gave them the time and place where he would be at, and there was the Processor, ready to serve him!! My ex was formally served! The firm was EXTREMELY accommodating even though they had other time sensitive issues due on that same day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this law group.
