WARNING!! DO NOT HIRE AMBER ROBINSON!!! HIGHLY INCOMPETENT - UNETHICAL AND NON-RESPONSIVE!!!

If I could give NO stars, I would - 1 star is too much for this law firm! In July of 2019, my beautiful daughter was killed in a tragic car accident and left behind a 6-year-old little girl. At that time, my daughter and granddaughter lived in Irvine, California - and my granddaughter went to live... with her father in Los Angeles when my daughter passed away. For no reason whatsoever, my granddaughter's father immediately severed my relationship with my precious granddaughter. In an effort to remain a part of my granddaughter's life as I had been since the day she was born, I filed a case with the California courts to fight for my right to have visitation with her. I was successful in obtaining a temporary court order for visitation that would remain in place until and throughout the trial. However, in March 2020, my granddaughter and her father completely disappeared, and I was unable to find her for 6 months. Finally, in August 2020, her father appeared at a virtual court hearing w/the California court and stated that he and my granddaughter had moved to Las Vegas months ago. I was in complete shock, but I was willing to drive to Las Vegas to visit my granddaughter and assume responsibility for all expenses associated with my visitation. In an effort to exercise my visitation rights and have the California court orders enforced in Nevada, I hired Amber Robinson from the Robinson Law Group in Las Vegas to file a Registration of a Foreign Judgment. Unfortunately, Amber is an EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT attorney and did not follow due legal process in allowing the respondent 20 days to respond to the filing of the Registration of a Foreign Judgment. As a result, my case was dismissed by the court and the trailing contempt case was dismissed as well. This was just the beginning of a very long, painful journey that was made even more difficult by a HIGHLY INCOMPETENT attorney who should NEVER be practicing law in ANY state. While we were able to re-file the Registration of a Foreign Judgment and the contempt case, Amber consistently ignored my phone calls, emails and text messages and would leave me sitting in front of the laptop waiting for a hearing to start without even providing me with the link so that I could join. Amber and her team are beyond unprofessional and have absolutely NO interest in serving their clients. They are all about the money!! And once they get your money, they have NO intention of fighting for you - even if she wanted to, she is incapable of doing so because she is so incompetent (I honestly think she got her law degree online). At our last hearing on March 24th, we were actually able to reach a visitation agreement with my granddaughter's father. During this hearing, it was agreed that opposing counsel would prepare and file the stipulation and court order. It has now been an entire MONTH since the hearing and I have tried to reach out to Amber Robinson and her team about the status of the stipulation on several occasions. After several IGNORED emails, calls, and texts, Amber Robinson finally responded and stated that she had attempted to contact opposing counsel but he was non-responsive. At that time, I offered to pay Amber Robinson to prepare the stipulation since opposing counsel was non-responsive, and she refused to respond to my offer. Today, I sent her an email stating that it had been a month since our hearing and inquired about the status of the stipulation. I was shocked to receive an email from her in which she informed me that she would no longer be representing me and she was going to file a document with the court today removing herself as my attorney. I am in absolute SHOCK that an attorney could be so UNETHICAL and actually ABANDON HER CLIENT right before we are supposed to cross the finish line. What is the point in going through this long, painful legal battle only to have my attorney completely abandon me in the final hour and not complete the stipulation and court order? RUN!!!!

AMBER IS MY SHE-RO

A default divorce was entered against me without my knowledge, so I hired Amber to help. She was successful in having the default set aside and continued to work with me through the trial process. My case involved several motion hearings and at each the outcome favored my position. My ex wife was ve...ry difficult and rude to Amber and her firm, but Amber stayed true to her profession. She dealt with my ex in a professional manner. By the time we made it to the actual trial, and even before, Amber had my full trust and confidence. Amber achieved a favorable result and has helped with post-trial work now that my ex has started filing unnecessary motions. She and her staff took the time to answer my calls, questions, which did wonders for any anxiety I may have been experiencing at that time. Every time I spoke with them I came away feeling assured and at ease. There was also an issue with the property assessor's office related to my divorce case that Amber immediately worked to correct. I really can't thank Amber enough for all her help through this process!

Didn’t fight enough for me

I felt Amber Robinson was intimidated by the opposing attorney. I felt unsupported and neglected in my case. She could’ve offered guidance, suggestions and explanations throughout the process and been more accessible in order for me to get a favorable outcome.

Married 23yrs and finally divorced.

Amber is down to earth soft spoken but gets to the point. It took a year for all finalization to go through but worth it. My X thought I was going to sign a petition and agree to certain money but had to take him to trial where Amber and the Judge made the final decision and that was in my favor. Amb...er’s staff is so on point with calling you back and getting paperwork ready. I so recommend Amber for any legal decisions and all I can say is when I walked out of that courtroom I was amazed and happy to know she fought for me and my kids and mom that were left with nothing while X lived his second life not worrying about his family. Amber I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me and my mom and kids and truly will never forget it. You are one qualified attorney and I would recommend you highly. Passionate and kick ass

I have been in an ugly custody battle since 2015 and I finally decided to get a lawyer November of last year. I was referred to Amber by one of her colleagues, And I couldn’t be more happier with the results. Amber not only put her foot down in court when my judge was absolutely not the best, for lack... of better words. Amber was always very understanding when it came to my concerns regarding the other party and advised me on what moves to make very well . I feel as though she put her self in my shoes. And she truly cared for me and my child safety. She was great with communication and when all was said and done she answered every question I had and sent me a thorough email explaining everything and even told me to call her if I had any questions after the case was closed. I highly recommend her. I love her and her staff.
