Biography
I'm a founding partner at Peters & Associates, LLP in Las Vegas, where I concentrate on helping people and businesses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, debt settlement, loan modifications, foreclosure mediations, short sales, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
My experience includes complex real estate law in the areas of real estate development, transactions and commercial finance. I've represented some of the largest developers in Las Vegas regarding apartment complexes, mixed-use projects, and high-rise resorts, condominiums and condominium-hotel developments. I've represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of hotels/casinos and developed/undeveloped land. Currently, I'm focusing my practice on residential and commercial loan modifications, foreclosure mediations, short sales and consumer bankruptcies.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I was a financial analyst at a large, multi-national brokerage firm. My undergraduate education is in finance and economics. I feel that my extensive financial background gives me a unique perspective when it comes to advising my clients on debt matters. Whether it's helping a client save their home from foreclosure or eliminating consumer debt, I am able to advise clients on what's both financially and legally beneficial for their unique situation.

Great attorney for all needs
Xenophon is known for his excellence in bankruptcy, debt settlement, loan modifications, and short sales, but he also provides great service in a lot of other areas of law as well. Great attorney for whatever your legal needs are.

Best attorney for Short Sales!
Mr. Peters' firm, Peters and Associates handled my short sale. They were able to get me a full deficiency waiver and $3000 in Cash for Keys money, too.
