We found Mr. Kaplan through Avvo and made an appointment for help with trusts for our grandchildren. During our free consultation he showed us the our plans for trusts for our grandchildren was not the right approach with our level of investment. He then informed us of another way to accomplish ou...r goals without a large investment into several trust that wouldn't accomplish what we want to do. In preparation for our meeting Mr. Kaplan had pulled our deed for our home from public records and found that our home hadn't been listed in our trust done several years ago. Upon review of our old trust we determined that if should be redone and we decided to have Mr. Kaplan redo our trust. We do not give a 5 star rating without it being well deserved!
